Job Description
Rapidly expanding Regional Importer and Distributor of premium quality Italian beverages seeking an experienced, full-time driver and warehouse assistant. Opportunities for advancement and professional growth.
Climate controlled vans / (smoke free)
Mon-Fri, no weekends. Routes include outlying areas (i.e. KC, Columbia, Cape as needed)
Job Purpose/Summary: Deliver alcoholic beverages to retail/restaurant customers. Dedication to appearance and conduct, as it relates to customer service, is paramount.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Make proper deliveries to customers, collect any money due, and have Sales Orders signed.

Return all delivery paperwork and payments to the office at the end of route/day.

Assist with loading/unloading of freight trucks when needed. Stock items to their proper locations in warehouse.

Pull and collate orders for next day’s route needed.
Job Skills, Abilities and Education Required:

Ability to work with a two-wheeled dolly

Prior delivery experience is preferred

Must have Class E Driver’s License

High School Degree or GED
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
-
Physical ability to lift 40lbs repeatedly.

Deliver products for 8-10hrs a day.
Training Schedule:
-
Train with warehouse manager/driver.
Hours: Must be able to work M-F 8:30am-5pm with one day a week up to 10 hours.
Safety Hazards: Use of proper delivery techniques to avoid injury/driver accidents.
