Overview

Tucked into the Jura foothills and sharing a border with France, Switzerland’s Three Lacs Region is home to the country’s greatest Chasselas and Pinot Noir. Here, some 932 hectares of vines flourish across three cantons, taking advantage of the gently rolling slopes and enviable micro climate which is derived from animmediate proximity to the lakes of Neuchatel, Bienne, and Morat.

Passionate about his vines, Louis Grisoni carefully developed his small winery into twelve hectares of prime vineyards strategically perched atop a large Morainic deposit of limestone, sand, and marly pebbles. These vineyards included several famous cru sites for Pinot Noir production.

Acquired by Matthias Tobler in 2017, Domaine Grisoni embraces biodynamic and sustainable methods. Seeking to preserve and refresh the vineyards in which they work, the estate combines traditional and modern winemaking to create fresh, terroir driven wines.
